About Yunhe Tea Company

Yunhe began in 2008 as a buying office above a wholesaler, sourcing for other people's shops. The tasting room downstairs opened four years later, mostly so the buyers could stop describing tea over the telephone. It seats twenty-four across six tables, runs from the same year's stock the shop is actually selling, and refuses to keep a permanent menu — what is on the list this month is what came in and is drinking well now.

How the desk works

Confirmed and pending seats with their reference and state. Look one up with its reference and the email it was booked under, or sign in and see your own.

A booking is looked up by its booking reference together with the email it belongs to — both, always. A signed-in visitor skips that: the assistant reads their own bookings from their identity and never asks for an address it has already been given.
