Single seat — ¥180 a sitting

Anyone who wants to sit down once and see whether the room is for them.

Room member — ¥1,400 a year

People who sit down monthly and would rather not book each one at full price.

• Twelve seats a year across any sitting
• First refusal on small spring lots
• Ten per cent off tea by weight
• Bring a guest twice a year at no charge

Buyer's table — ¥6,800 a year

Shops, restaurants and anyone buying by the kilogram.

• Monthly buyer's table with the buying office
• Lot samples posted before each purchase window
• Wholesale pricing with the margin shown, not hidden
• A named buyer rather than a shared inbox
