Why an official account is a small shop's whole front door here

For a great many businesses this is not one channel among several — it is where the shop, the booking, the payment and the conversation all live, which raises the bar for anything answering inside it.

Verification comes before a single message

A service account belongs to a registered business, verified with real documents, before it can message anybody at all. That is why the header here says preview: nothing is verified, and this page will not imitate an account that does not exist.

The account is a surface, not just a thread

A menu sits under the keyboard, a mini-program can open a booking flow in place, and a scanned code in the room can drop somebody straight into the conversation — so the assistant has to hand off to structure instead of describing it in prose.

Push messages are rationed on purpose

A service account gets a small number of broadcasts a month, while replying to somebody who wrote first is unrestricted. The design pushes a business towards answering well rather than announcing often.

The preview on the home page

A preview: the WeChat thread is drawn in this site's own CSS. No official account is verified and nothing here reaches WeChat.

The device drawn there is this site's own CSS — a header, a composer and a screen — and the screen is a SLOT. When you tap one of the quick replies, the live assistant opens inside it and answers you there. Nothing in that frame is a scripted conversation: there is no pre-written customer turn and no canned reply, because a transcript nobody generated would be the page telling you something about the product that is not true.

There is no WeChat official account behind this page. Nothing here is verified, registered or sent, and no WeChat service is contacted at any point.
Yunhe Tea Company is an invented business. The address, the telephone number, the email, the staff, the teas, the prices and the bookings are all fictional — nothing here dials or reaches anybody.
Seats booked here live in memory until this demo restarts. No table is held and nobody in a room is told.

What changes on the day the channel goes live

One field. This site serves a small configuration file with a single officialAccountId value, null today. Set it once an Official Account is verified; the page shows the account id and its QR instructions instead of a preview label. The page reads it at runtime, so the same build switches from an honest preview to a working WeChat link with nothing rebuilt and nothing rewritten.
